Located near the "Camino of Santiago" and the Rio Pambre in Palas de Rei (Lugo-Galicia). It is one of the few military forts and castles still standing after the revolt of Irmandiņos in 1467. The castle today is privately owned, the Congregation of the Missionary brothers of the sick poor of Vigo ... thanks to the donation in 2009 by Manuel Fernandez Taboada (Count of Borraxeiros)
