Château Lacave  The Château Lacave is in the city
of Caxias do Sul, Rio Grande do
Sul, and is the only castle in
Latin America to house a winery.
Conceived by Spanish entrepreneur
Juan Carrau in 1968, the Lacave
occupies an area of 70 000 m². Its
architecture is inspired by
Spanish castles of the 11th
century. Inside, operates a winery
and a restaurant where waiters and
bartenders come up in medieval
