For those interested in making a model of "Hogwarts Castle" there's an excellent illustrated article in the following magazine:

Model Rail (Issue 43 May 2002).
The magazine can be contacted in the UK on 01733 264666
http://www.emagazineshop.com/Product.asp?storekey=irail&id=1160

The model is contructed using cardboard, plastic sheet, "Pringles" tubes and Metcalfe Models stone effect cardboard. The article has photographs and diagrams showing how to perform each stage of the construction.

This magazine was apparently overrun by people asking for plans for the model of Hogwarts Castle that they'd featured, so, on this month's issue, the magazine has issued full-size OO plans on its cover!

Mind you, they've had to double-side the model, so you'll either need to buy two copies of the magazine, or make colour photocopies of the model onto card and then cut it out!
